Here you will find important information regarding the operation of INN University during the summer of 2020.
In the period between 30 June to 9 August, students will not have general access to INN University buildings, but students in priority study programmes who due to the coronavirus situation need access to the buildings, can contact firstname.lastname@example.org. From 10 August, all 2nd and 3rd year students will have access to INN University buildings from 07.00 to 22.00 every day.
The opening of the campuses is based on ordinary access and activities, but within the framework of the infection control rules. The rule still applies that those who are infected or have symptoms must not enter the campuses.
Fitness centres and locker rooms operated by INN University will continue to be closed to both students and staff. We are aware that fitness centres are allowed to reopen, but due to the fact that reopening will increase the need for cleaning in order to comply with infection control measures, INN University must prioritize our cleaning resources for teaching and research activities.
The opening hours for the student association's cafeterias and bookstores can be found at www.sinn.no
General service and first-line services
Some services at the campuses may still be unavailable, but in such cases all or part of these services are offered as digital services. Due to the annual holiday period, reduced opening hours in July may still apply.
IT user support
IT user support can be contacted by telephone at 62 43 00 03 from 08.00 to 15.30 or by email at email@example.com.
The library's premises are closed until the autumn. Access to literature is done via Order-and-pick-up service as long as the libraries are manned. The librarians are digitally available during serviced opening hours. Please refer to the library's website: https://eng.inn.no/library
INN University switchboard
The switchboard is open on weekdays throughout the summer from 09.00 to 15.00.
The service points at Elverum, Hamar and Lillehammer campuses
The staff at the service points / internal services can be reached by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and by phone at 62 43 00 00 every weekday between 09.00 - 15.00.
Physical presence at Elverum, Hamar and Lillehammer campuses will vary somewhat in July due to the annual holiday period. For orders that involve the delivery of packages at the campuses, the person awaiting delivery must have clarified who is present to receive the package when the delivery time is agreed.
Plans have been made for delivery/collection of incoming/outgoing post throughout the summer. We nevertheless encourage the use of digital solutions for incoming and outgoing mail to reduce the risk of infection associated with the handling of physical post.
Receptions at the other campuses
The reception at Blæstad campus: closed during weeks 28, 29, 30 and 31. No delivery/pick-up of outgoing/ingoing post while the reception is closed.
The reception at Evenstad campus: closed during weeks 29, 30, 31 and 32. No delivery/pick-up of outgoing/ingoing post while the reception is closed.
The reception at Rena campus: closed during weeks 28, 29 and 30. The main telephone number for the campus 62 43 05 10 is manned during week 28. No delivery/pick-up of outgoing/ingoing post during weeks 28, 29 and 30.
Cleaning and operation services
Due to the annual holiday period, there will be reduced staffing and possibility to provide services in July. This also means that the premises are not cleaned as often as during normal operation, and that prioritization of areas is done on the basis of infection control considerations.
