INN University facilitates increased access to the campuses for students who need it so as not to delay their study progression.
Students are advised that campus-based teaching is still not planned for the remainder of the spring semester, and that the transition to digital exams is maintained.
From Tuesday, May 19, students will be given access to student workplaces at the campuses. The student workplaces will be in single and common rooms. The rooms can also be used for exam completion for those who need it.
Access is provided according to the first-come-first-served principle and the reservation is made in the attached web form: https://nettskjema.no/a/150519 (in Norwegian).
Please note: Your access is not valid until your reservation has been confirmed by email@example.com.
Student workplaces are available during business hours, which are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday between 08:30 and 16:30 (Tuesday and Wednesday in week 21 due to Thursday being a public holiday). Opening hours are assessed on an ongoing basis and we aim to extend opening hours in the coming weeks. The pandemic is not over, and there may be changes that make it necessary to implement new local measures at short notice.
Registration has to be done no later than 08:00 the day before you plan to use the workplace and you can only book for one day at a time. If more students book a workplace than the number of workplaces available, psychosocial conditions and students' progression in their course of studies will be taken into consideration. Within the criterion of student progression, poor/unstable network at home will be part of the assessment.
If opening hours or the solution for reserving workplaces change, it will be announced on https://eng.inn.no/
